Procurement Offier / Home Based

Procurement Office (Senior Level).
* Sourcing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
* Comparing and evaluating offers (price and delivery plan) from suppliers.
* Negotiating with suppliers regarding prices, services, and conditions in order that the company will obtain the best quality and reasonable price.
* Issuing purchasing agreements for suppliers and conducting follow ups.
* Coordinating with all other/required departments for ensuring goods specifications are as per requirement.
* Coordinate with Production Planning Team & concerned parties for updated information i.e. production component planning, safety stock management, etc.
* Performing various other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
* Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in purchasing, procurement or buying.
* Good knowledge of production purchasing order process and MS Office
* SAP application is an advantage
* Strong communication skill & negotiation skill
* Good command in English
