Project Manager- Piling and Foundation / Philippines

A Large international Construction company are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to manage new special foundation and Piling projects in South east Asia . These are projects in the piling industry, thus we are seeking candidates with project management references from civil engineering or geology who have done major projects in piling or soil improvement.

They are seeking well rounded Project Management specialists who are able to oversee the construction, contract management, client interface, budgets and operational management of the project autonomously. They will be responsible for the hands on delivery of the large widespread projects working both from site and office for a long term, permanent post.

This is a key position reporting to the overall Regional Director and to the companies international management. It will be focused on the delivery of their contracts and will be a key role. As such experience on projects of this nature will be required with a track record on multiple projects.

The Managers will be responsible for the following:

-Project management of Piling and Soil improvement works

-Implementing quality standards

-Budget management and procurement

-Building and recruiting a large construction team

-Communicating with the client and consultant representatives

-Liaising with design teams

-Overseeing sub-contractors

Ideal candidates for this position will have the following:

-Fluent in English

-Degree or equivalent in civil engineering or Geology

-Previous experience in roles such as; Construction Manager, Project Manager, Project Director

-Experience with special foundation, piling, excavation, soil improvement.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to SE Asia for 3 years minimum term on a full time basis. Family packages are negotiable however will be very strong and worthy of senior level engineers.
