Safety Officer / Thailand
*Ensure the efficient operation of All HSEQ systems and processes.
*Coordinate and control of the Documents and Procedures Process.
*Facilitate, execute and support Health, Safety, Environment and Quality annual plan and campaign.
*Deliver and support any audits, reporting, actions, presentations, training related to HSEQ systems and track and report to completion / closure.
*To be an active member of the Emergency Response Team / support the Client and company in the event of any Emergency.
*To deliver and facilitate all HSEQ related campaign and training course and maintain records on safety training for the continued safe operation.
*To monitor and coordinate all the offshore crew competency related Training, Assessments, Medical Checkup and maintain the main competency records for the continued safe operation.
*To manage all HSEQ reporting requirements to ensure all reports, actions are issued / completed before the expected closeout date
*Manage all HSEQ duties and activities offshore including Audits, Reviews, Training, Attendance of HSE and Crew welfare meeting completion of PAI check sheets.
*To attend relevant meetings as the HSEQ representative.
*To actively liaise and provide HSEQ advice to onshore HSEQ Advisor / OIM / HODs
*To maintain and communicate legal register, Risk register, Health register and Environment register on and changes in regulation.
*Bachelor of Science (B.sc) in Occupation Health, Safety & Environment or equivalent or related fields.
*At least 5 years experience in related field. Offshore experience is an advantage.
*Certified Safety Officer in Professional level or IOGC NEBOSH is an advantage
*Excellent written and spoken English with computer proficiency.
*Experience in Managing or working in the offshore Oil and Gas Related Industry Projects.
*Extensive knowledge on Thailand's regulations, Oil and gas related laws and code of practices.
*Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Training, HUET / BOSIET Certificate.
*Must be in possession of a valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
