Commercial Manager / Thailand

*The Commercial Manager will be responsible for all aspects of contract management for the business including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, specification and terms compliance, scope development, cost estimating and pricing strategies and customer negotiations.
Manage and direct the implementation of an overall commercial strategy and play a role incorporate decision making on a continuing basis.
*Prepare annual budgets and plans for the Commercial Department enabling it to have s'sufficient resources to achieve agreed objectives.
*Direct and control commercial operations so that agreed targets and objectives for sales are achieved.
*Establish and ensure the implementation of pricing and inventory policies, which will support the profitability objectives of the Company.
*Monitor, lead and develop subordinates and sales forces to develop effective skill sets and competencies to ensure the commercial targets are met.
*Proven experience in Commercial Operations at a Senior level
*Experience within the O&G industry preferred
*Engineering, business, technical (or equivalent experience) degree from an accredited educational institution
*Strong writing, organizational, communication and presentation skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated team leadership
*Fluent in English
*Ability to travel for business needs
