Program Manager - $180,000 - $220,000 / Australia

The client is a fully integrated technical services and professional firm and has an opportunity for a Program Manager working across Construction, Infrastructure and Defence projects Nationally.

You will be working across some of their major construction, infrastructure and Defence projects throughout Australia based out of Sydney reporting to the Head of Program Management. This is a key role, with constant emphasis on the relationship with the client to ensure civil/infrastructure projects deadlines are met.

As a Program Manager, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Experience working in a program and project management environment for at least 10 years
• 10+ years experience Managing the delivery of capital works projects
• Manage consolidated program scheduling capability and interface with program and project teams
• Integrate sound risk management principals into day- to-day management activity
• Sound knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction cycles
• Working effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders groups
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Ability to work autonomously, self motivated with a positive can do attitude focused on solutions
