Greenfield Development Manager / Poland

The client is one of the biggest renewable energy project developers in the world. Due to the development of polish market we look for experienced candidates for the position Greenfield Development Manager

Greenfield Development Manager is responsible for research regarding potential PV and wind farm plots and grid connection possibilities and continuous contact with landlords interested in land lease contracts. Development Manager does negotiation and conclusion of land lease contracts, prepares

various applications, documents regarding project development and supervises of administrative procedures in connection with the projects.

Ideal candidate for this role has got knowledge of the energy field with an emphasis on renewable energy and at least bachelor degree in business or engineering. Candidate should have minimum 5 years of both solar and wind development experience. Candidate should speak English and Polish fluently.
