We are pleased to offer the following key contract positions: Consultant Procurement

Work Location: Primarily one consultant at The Company office Stavanger- Forus and one consultant at The Company office Fornebu outside Oslo

Start date: 02.03.2020 - 31.12.2020

Option period: 2 x 6 months

Num Consultant: 2

• Strong focus on HSE,

• Contractor shall comply to all HSE requirement.

• Experience from handling contracts within studies

• Ensure efficient contract administration .

• Manage and conduct the ITT process - Manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation

• Provide contract and procurement advice to project management team - Contract management and supplier follow-up

• Responsible for updating all procurement tools ref, company governing. (SAP, Contiki & PIMS)

• Participate in Lean initiatives

• BSc or higher, experience can compensate for formal education

• Experience in performing procurement processes in projects from strategy development to contract close-out

• Experience with Study Contracts is beneficial

• Language requirements English and Norwegian
