Contract: Instrumentation and Control System Lead Engineer / Nigeria

Instrumentation and Control System Lead Engineer role based in Paris and Lagos.

You will be in charge of instrumentation design (specification, schematics, data sheet, calculation note, technical room definition, instrumentation database….).

You will be responsible (quality/planning/budget) for the instrumentation studies performed in-house with direct communication with our clients/contractors. You will liaise and cooperate with other DORIS technical disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, 3D model, safety…) as part of your assignment on project.


Initially based in our Paris offices for 6 weeks, you will then move to our Nigerian partner offices in Lagos (Victoria Island).


The following qualifications and requirements are expected:

• M.Sc or equivalent with specialization in instrumentation,
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore engineering for Oil & Gas project,
• Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation and of process control and safety systems
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations, codes of practice, international standards
• • Experience of instrumentation databases software (SPI, S4I, Avéva Instrumentation) would be a plus,
  • Fluent English - Good written (including report writing) and verbal communication,
  • Mobility required in particular for collaboration with foreign DORIS subsidiaries and participation to surveys in France and abroad offshore and onshore.
