The Role:
Reporting to the Group Engineering Manager, the successful Project Engineer will have a diverse range of responsibilities, supporting the business’ aims and objectives as they enter the next phase of growth and development. Based out of the head office in North Yorkshire, you will have responsibility for:
Although your job title might not be Project Engineer in your current role, you are going to be able to demonstrate previous knowledge and experience of managing complex engineering projects. In addition, you will also be able to demonstrate:

Reporting to the Group Engineering Manager, the successful Project Engineer will have a diverse range of responsibilities, supporting the business’ aims and objectives as they enter the next phase of growth and development. Based out of the head office in North Yorkshire, you will have responsibility for:
- Managing complex factory, office and laboratory engineering projects
- Working independently to solve complex logistical engineering problems and challenges – including Machinery Relocation, Capital equipment installation and supervising New-builds within the existing facility
- Ensuring continued compliance with relevant manufacturing legislation, ensuring paperwork is completed on-time and to the required standards
Although your job title might not be Project Engineer in your current role, you are going to be able to demonstrate previous knowledge and experience of managing complex engineering projects. In addition, you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent knowledge and awareness of the challenges of working in regulated industries – eg Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Food Manufacturing, Aerospace etc.
- Prior experience of managing capital equipment budgets is essential
- Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams across complex manufacturing organisations is essential.
