Description

? Participate in audits, investigations, reviews, HAZIDs/HAZOPs, verifications of operated assets

? Assist and advise the process and utility system engineers within technical safety area

? Ensure compliance with specific requirements for technical safety

? Ensure timely and professional evaluations of deviations, changes and modifications

? Support in updating relevant processes (VEMS) and governing documents belonging to discipline

? Provide training, support, advice and mentorship within technical safety and process safety to all organizational levels in the company

? Raise major accident hazard and process safety barrier awareness in the organization - visit the assets as appropriate and provide field awareness training.

? Provide leadership and guidance in establishing Process Safety performance measures, analyses, and improvement 

? Review and develop philosophies, design basis safety strategies etc.

? Provide formal support and facilitation for planning and execution of Risk Assessments and Risk Management activities related to TRA’s and other periodic risk assessments.

? Support the Risk Advisor in preparation, facilitation and follow-up of other Risk Assessment activities

? Provide guidance to establish yearly and long range company plans for risk assessments and HAZOPs

? Participate in and provide support to the line and projects in connection with technical- and/or process safety related incident investigations.

? Cooperation and coordination with other disciplines, clients, manufacturers, sites, etc.

Requirements

? Relevant Master degree

? Minimum 5 years relevant experience including experience in follow-up of modification projects

? Expert knowledge in PSA regulations and relevant normantive standards. In-depth knowledge of safety systems (barriers) and risk assessment methodologie
