TITLE

Specialist – Compliance, Integrity Assurance (Rotating Machinery)

Job Purpose

Lead and manage Integrity |Assurance verification of Rotating machineries in Oil & Gas processing facilities, develop compliance programs & strategy, identify the scope, supervise and manage the Integrity assurance of Rotating Machinery (Pumps Compressors, Turbines, etc.), analyze the audit outcomes, generate key insights, conduct trend analysis, provide high level recommendations, prepare final audit reports, presentations,  and validate the action plans.

QUALIFICATION

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent with wide experience in upstream Oil& Gas Industry and good understanding of other key disciplines viz. Facility Integrity, Engineering, and HSE
• +15 years of relevant experience in an Oil & Gas industry with 10 years in a senior position in Rotating Machinery discipline in Offshore Industry including PM programs, Corrective/break down maintenance, condition monitoring, reliability data management,  Risk Based Inspections, HSE Critical Equipment & Systems, Intrusive and non-intrusive inspection methods etc.
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and ability to lead a multi-discipline team.
• Sound Knowledge of relevant international codes and oil & gas industry best practices
• Good experience in report writing, presentation preparations and presentation.
• Conversant in relevant technical networks  and proficient in English

HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION

• Lead Integrity Compliance Assurance assessment of Rotating Machinery in Operations and Projects related upstream Oil & Gas facilities
• Identify the key areas of Integrity assurance in Operations, Maintenance and Project activities
• Develop and Conduct annual Integrity Compliance Assurance Program, generate non-conformities with reference to Company standards, international codes and industry best practices.
• Perform Compliance Trend Analysis, generate key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations.
• Expert in anticipating the business risks, consequences and provide best recommendations to achieve optimum balance of technical, safety, operations, and integrity compliance.
