* Source candidates and originate effective solutions approaching to target groups
* Carry out preliminary screen and attend with panel to interview candidates
* Regular follow up with the respective line manager and candidates to ensure timeline of recruitment process is met
* Carry out job offer for successful candidates
* Liaise with line and parties concerned to provide orientation program and prepare facilities in order that candidates commence work conveniently.
* Monitor contract of agency staff and coordinate with line managers and concerned parties for contract extension.
