Technical Manager (Naval Architect / New Build) / United Arab Emirates

Minimum Requirement

1. M. Sc. Mechanical Engineering with extensive marine experience

2. New build supervision and management in marince sector

3. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in new building management

4. IT skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, FEM software

5. Leadership & strong personality

6. Show understanding of task and responsibilities and achieve targets timely

7. Pursue to be result oriented and be aware if the result orientes organizational culture

8. Proactively serve and constructively respons to client needs

9. Collaborate constructively and effectively with all colleagues throughout the organization

10. Able to adequately solve rpoblems or disputes. If necessary, involve the supervisor timely
