Project Manager Construction - Perth Resident Only / Australia

PLEASE NOTE – All applications must reside in Perth.

Client is recruiting an experience civil Project Manager to initial join their team in HQ and then head to site on a FIFO basis.

Your new role will be to initially assist the bid-management and estimating team with method statement and general tender management and then once the project has been awarded you’ll move to site and deliver the project to completion. You’ll be responsible for contract administration, managing the performance of contractors, monitoring and reporting finances and project progress. Previous civil experience on bulk & detailed earthworks and all related civil works essential.
