Commercial Manager - Interiors / New Zealand

This well recognised, commercial construction company is actively seeking a Commercial Manager to spearhead the interiors division of their business and grow the presence of their capabilities within the fit-out sector.
There’s a close-knit team on the ground however this role will be responsible for wearing several hats ranging from presenting proposals and tenders to prospective clients through to coordination of projects and processing payments. Although this may sound like a difficult task and challenge this construction company has a great reputation because of how they operate and projects they’ve delivered recently providing you with the leverage to kick start an exciting journey.

Along with these key traits we’re looking for proven experience within the fit out sector operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
Additionally you will have:

• A degree within Quantity Surveying or similar with a background within the financial side  
• Excellent business development and networking skills, an established network within Auckland will be highly advantageous 
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage staff at all levelsPreferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a management capacity 
• A proven track record in creating and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• The current legal right to live and work within New Zealand
