CAD Drafter - £30000 - £35000 / Singapore

We are assisting an international multi-disciplinary engineering firm with well known portfolio of projects within the infrastructure sector.


Currently in the look out for CAD Drafter who is familiar with Bentley Software.

You will work on one of the most important water facility projects in Singapore.

Contract duration: 2 years (extendable)




Scope of Work

Work closely with Construction Managers, Resident Engineers, BIM Specialists and team members to meet project requirements
Perform site scoping and drafting of drawings
Carry out field evaluation and assessment if required
Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details and plans. Drawings will primarily be layout plan but will also include details such as civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation control and automation drawings
Assist to produce technical schedules and data sheets.
Generate and develop drawings from BIM models
Revise and update drawings based on instructions from CM, RE, etc.
Assist to review contractor's submittals related to drawings.
Liaise and coordinate relevant technical issues with other members of the team including the design office
Provide document control support, database administration, and progress reporting.
Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
Keep Supervisor regularly informed of work status and progress, deviations and any execution concerns


Requirements

Familiarity with Bentley Software
Communicate effectively and work well with other members of the team
