Site Manager (Tier 2, Tier 3) / Australia

Led by a team of highly experienced Directors with over 150 years collective experience and having exposure to over $4bn worth of projects successfully delivered, this highly regarded organisation is looking for an experience Site Manager to run a new build project circa $30m in value.

As an experienced Site Manager you will have previous experience in the tier 2 or 3 space working on new build projects ideally over $20m in value. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly sought after builder that provides work life balance and development within. They will reward your efforts with generous remuneration package and a good pipeline of upcoming projects. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordination of staff, contractors and suppliers onsite
• Weekly forecasting and programming
• Overseeing all OH&S and IR issues
• Managing QA across the whole project
• Labour hire management  

To be successful in this role you will have:

• strong communication and leadership skills
• a customer service focus and come from a trade background.
• You will have an exemplary record in the Melbourne construction market overseeing complete projects in the range of $20-50 million.
