Senior Quantity Surveyor – Exceptional Project & Company - £60,000 - £80,000 / England

One of London’s leading developers, who in the past have been voted one of the most desirable companies to work for, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a site based permanent role.

The project is delivering high spec residential dwellings over various phases. This project has all the elements to make it an exciting one to deliver. It is a tight site with limited access, a listed building being refurbished and converted, new build RC Frame high rise and finishes to a prime standard. This is the company’s flagship scheme and is within a stone’s throw of the Head Office so you will constantly have the opportunity to show your work.

You will be working with a full site based commercial team and may from time to time be expected to assist with the development of Assistant Surveyors. Predominantly you will be dealing with specific high value packages. Opportunities to progress will be available with this employer as they are constantly growing.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience in a variety of valued projects would be ideal
• 5+ years post graduate experience
• Stable career history, more than 2 years per employer
• Further related education such as a construction degree, ideally in Surveying
