Senior Quantity Surveyor - Melbourne

We are seeking a well versed Senior Rail Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading engineering consultancy to be based in Melbourne, Australia.

This company offers specialist consulting services to the construction and engineering sectors and are now working on a large rail development in Melbourne.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is to be specifically working with a government client on a large rail development and will be based in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, chartered (MRICS) and have experience in quantity surveying, methods of measurement, tender documents and contract administration.


Requirements:

For this role the client has requested professionals with the following desired skills and experience:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Chartered - MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent is ideal.
* 12 years experience within infrastructure projects ideally rail, metro and / or freight / stations.
* Proven track record working with quantity surveying, cost management and construction consultancies.
