Contract: Manager - Exploration Concession / Brazil

Provide input and support to Exploration Head on the development, planning and execution of exploration technical and commercial strategies and plans for COMPANY Operated Blocks (COB) and Operated Blocks by Others (OBO).
Drive and analyze critical project interfaces and strategic collaboration with customers (including Host Government, Operator, JV partner, Statutory Bodies and Contractors).
Ensure all COMPANY operated or non-operated blocks conformance to the Host Government's regulatory requirements through adherence to PSC, Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) and established guidelines and procedures to protect company's interest and mutual benefit.
Build rapport with the government authorities, partners and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development and operational excellence
Enforce the implementation of applicable COMPANY procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard COMPANY interest, image and reputation.
Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
12 years' experience in the oil and gas exploration activities with at least 10 years experiences in Brazil.
Candidate must have full working rights in Brazil
Minimum BSc in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering
