Reservoir Engineer.
Primary responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess oil and gas producing properties for acquisition, including;
Perform Nodal Analysis & EOR (waterflood etc.) studies
Perform subsurface due diligence, provide insight, and support oil & gas reserve assessments
Develop and optimize field development and re-development plans, particularly for mature conventional fields
Estimate resource volumes and recoverable hydrocarbons using both probabilistic and deterministic volumetric, EURs, and recovery factors
Produce, reserve appraisals, assess third-party appraisals, and determine methods to reconcile variances
Provide insights into critical subsurface risks and recommend mitigation methods
Analyze reservoir and well performance data, including:
Interpret transient well tests (estimate pressures), perform RTA/PTA analysis, model material balance, and predict well performance
Perform Decline Curve Analysis, type curve, and/or trend analysis in conjunction with reserve estimations
Perform fluid property modeling (PVT analysis)
Assess and implement measures to enhance reservoir data quality
Create reservoir simulation models for both compositional & black oil, and evaluate reservoir performance
Prepare concise and insightful presentations, memos, and reports for both internal and external audiences
Conduct various ad hoc analytical projects in close cooperation with groups inside and outside the company

Preferred Requirements:
Master's degree or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or Reservoir Engineering
5 to 10 years of experience in a wide range of reservoir engineering activities. A minimum of 3 years working on North American conventional oil & gas fields and 3 years on the development of unconventional resources
Experience in mature field acreage acquisitions, including identifying acquisition targets, evaluating assets and operator performance
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Skilled in Reservoir engineering software. Preference given to persons having experience in running Aries / PHDWin, MBal, Prosper/GAP, DSS Nexus, and Eclipse, or their equivalent
