Location: Trinidad and Tobago
Duration:Contract - 6 months

The Role:
Minimum Requirements -
- CIPS certification or 1st degree in Procurement or Logistics and Supply Chain
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas
- Working knowledge and experience with ERP Software/s
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent Team Player
- Works well under pressure in a demanding environment
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer Purchase Orders and Contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player

Job Description -
- Preparation and Issuance of Purchase Requisitions
- Updating of Procurement and Contracts Tracker
- Issuance of Request for RFQs, RFIs.
- Assist with collating information for Bid packages
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Negotiate the best value for money via competitive bidding, sourcing and selection methods
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their pre-requisites, delivery times, and potential future development
- Preparation of Monthly reports with the use of Power Point Presentations
- Any other related activity within the Procurement and Contracts Department.
