Provide overall HSE, Technical Integrity and Process Safety (TIPS) governance, advisory and support to the business leaders of assigned fields / facilities / projects in ensuring effective planning and implementation of all activities in meeting HSE Management Standard (HSEMS), Mandatory Control Framework (MCF) and Local authorities' requirements and safeguard people, environment, asset and reputation.
Provide advice and work closely with Line Management, including Contractors on Health Safety Environment (HSE) matters, to ensure that the conduct of activities are in full compliance to HSE regulatory and company requirements covering HSEMS, MCF and TIPS. Provide analysis on specific concerning areas impacting HSE performance by identifying gaps, and monitor the implementation of intervention plans for gap closure and continuous improvement initiatives towards achieving HSE excellence.
Lead regular HSE inspection/assurance to ensure that HSE risk associated with work activities as well as risk posed by machinery, plant, equipment, substance and appliances are managed to a level that is as low as reasonable practicable (ALARP) and guide frontline operations/wells/exploration in the implementation of HSEMS, MCF and TIPS by providing HSE Tier 1 oversight.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 7 to 9 years working experience in oil and gas industry.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physical Science or individual with equivalent experience as SHO.
* Must have analytical thinking since the nature of job is dealing with identifying HSE risks, analysis and mitigation measures to close gaps.
