Estimator ($70k-$100k package) / Australia

The client is a medical fit-out contractor who are well established in Melbourne. They are looking for a full time Estimator to join their successful team, working out of offices located near to Melbourne CBD. As a business they undertake design and construct projects, specialising in doctors surgeries and dental facilities.

The responsibility of the post holder will include:

- Estimation and cost planning of construction projects
- Tender preparation 
- Dealing with trades and arranging quotes
- Working with project managers

To be considered for the role of Estimator you must:

- Have at least three years post graduate experience as an Estimator
- Have at least two years experience of the Melbourne fit-out market
- Have experience of construction projects valued up to at least $3mil
- Have strong cost management skills
- Be confident liaising with architects, engineers and other consultants

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of $70,000 to $100,000 package depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent position.
