HSE Advisor (To $150K per annum) / Australia

Work for a top tier construction company with 600+ staff and over $1Bn turnover. With over 40 years of experience their business is based on long term relationships with the majority of work coming from repeat clients. They build projects ranging from $30M - $300M across all sectors, and invest heavily in the training and development of staff.

This is a site based HSE Advisor role to work on a major new build education project based in the Eastern Suburbs, which includes new academic, arts and sports facilities.

The Role

• Ensure WHS processes are carried out effectively
• Provide support and advice to site teams
• Risk identification & assessment, ensuring regulations are met
• Carry out health and safety audits and work place inspections
• Incident investigations
• Ensure safety documentation is up to date
• Training of staff 

Your requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial construction
• Have a good understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
• Be articulate, well presented and a clear communicator
