Site Technical Officer / Singapore

This is another roles available for our client, a global multi-disciplinary engineering firm to work on its desalination plant projects in Singapore that runs for the next 2 years.

The selected candidate will sign employment contract with WRS and will be seconded to the client.

Below are more details about this role:


Scope of work:

• To provide supervision on Temporary Work, Diaphragm Wall, Bored Pile, Temporary Diversion of Utilities (Sewer, Electrical Cable, Water pipe, High Pressure Gas pipe), structure work of roof slab (Top Down Method), road diversion including drainage diversion
• Supervising, ensuring, attending to all documentation / permit / license related to work place, safety, health and environmental
• To conduct safety inspections and ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to Ministry of Manpower safety requirements, ensuring all workers comply with the requirements
• To prepre monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, permit to work statistics
• To conduct daily tool box meeting and Safety Training for employees
• To conduct accident investigations and updating statistics

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or other relevant qualifications with min 8 years of relevant experience working in Singapore
• Due to client's preference and our limited quota, Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident Holder is preferred.
