Contract: HRIS / Thailand

To support the HR team to execute and manage day to day HR operations to support business needs
Provide strong support in business partnering to business unit
Be contact point of HRIS project.
Maintain updated records in all HR systems
Prepare technical and business reports with findings to ensure staff retention, performance management and compensation and benefits are in line to drive positive outcomes.
Identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics bench-marking
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Partner with the specialist team to implement HR policies and processes in line with local regulations
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher in Computer Sciences, or related field.
Over 7 years in-depth experience managing various HRIS and compensation programs
Microsoft Excel super user (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)
Good communication both Thai and English
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
