Contract: Contract Administrator / Australia

We are currently looking to secure the services of a Contract Administrator to work on commercial office fit out projects. 

You will be working for a well established head contractor on commercial office fit out projects, in a long term contract with a view to permanent.
  
The Role

• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs  

You:

• 4+ years experience
• Tertiary qualifications in a building related discipline
• Experience working as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction industry is essential
