HSSE MANAGER
Work Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Rotation: 6 weeks/ 2 weeks off

Duties and Responsibilities:

Secure the local HSSE Management System (MS) is consistent with global HSSE governing documents
Secure local HSSE MS and site operations are compliant with local HSSE legislation requirements
Drive a high level of HSSE performance within the location.
Establish and track yearly local HSE plans that are aligned with the yearly global HSE plan that meetsthe required expectations.
Facilitate the HSSE committee meetings and drive continuous improvements, sharing and integrationof lessons learned and ensure high quality of internal/external audits are planned and conductedvigorously.
Secure the ERP process and have a well-trained ERP team which is periodically tested with variousrelevant scenarios.
Collaborate and support other delivery centres on HSSE that are based in site to provide an integratedfunction support.
Cultivate a local Just Care HSSE and strive for behaviour changes
Establish local programs to address local concerns/risk.
Develop HSSE talent with the team to build competency within the network.
Facilitate management on incident and accident investigations on site, and prompt tracking of actionsfor closure.
Coach and mentor and facilitate the development of the team as a professional HSSE workforce.

Qualifications:

DOSH Certificate, NEBOSH or similar qualifications. Degree in OSH, Environment or Science.
Understanding of all subjects - Occupational health, Safety, Security and Environment
Well developed leadership skills, professionalism
Open and direct, transparent and honest.
Understanding of the drivers for HSSE performance and -culture, analytical and up to date withcurrent practices
Able to work hands on and collaborate with others to achieve organisation goals.
Experienced in managing engineering projects, especially in oil and gas is an added advantage.
