Training Specialist / Qatar

A TAX FREE Direct Hire Job Opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist has just been made available  to be based in Qatar by a leading oil and gas company.

Job Purpose:
Develop and coordinate training programs pursuant to the Corporate Annual Training Plan to close competence and performance gaps and meet business needs. Analyze and compile the required Data to prepare Training and Education Reports.

To qualify, candidate must possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Training or equivalent.
• 8 years' experience in learning and development work and related activities, in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry.
• Communication skills including professional level English, verbal and written, presentation and report writing.
• Skilled facilitator with well-developed coaching skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels with impact and influence.
• High-level interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationship across organisation.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
