We are now looking for a skilled and experienced senior engineer/engineer with knowledge of modern principles for maintenance, maintenance technology and methodology. This person will participate in a team of competent colleagues with responsibilities for condition and maintenance services.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Contribute to continuous development and improvement of methodology, tools, templates and procedures for high quality Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis execution
- Prepare and facilitate analysis workshops with core technical resources and document findings during the Functional Failure Analysis (FFA), Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and report these in a traceable manner
- Follow-up performed RCM analyses for updating and continuous improvement based on operational experience and field data
- Introduce and train our personnel in RCM execution to the extent necessary to participate in RCM workshops
- Adhere to our vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate this during daily work
Qualifications & personal attributes
Competence Requirements:
- Technical BSc or MSc degree within reliability engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the RCM, maintenance optimization and/or asset management field(s)
- Fluent in English language, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of modern principles and methodology for reliability, maintenance, maintenance technology
- Understanding of the most common industry standards (SAE JA1011/1012) for RCM analyses
- Proven experience within common industry software and in particular Reliasoft RCM++
- Good commercial and customer relation skills
