Contract: Structural Designer - Engineering Consultancy / Australia

Our client, an Engineering Consultancy based in Perth, is currently recruiting for a Structural Designer to join them. In this role you will be working on a variety of projects for Oil and Gas clients and you will be responsible for developing installation and design concepts.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years design and drafting experience in the resources sector
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Inventor
• Developing practical design solutions and producing construction/installation drawings from engineering sketches with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills

 
Desirable Experience, but not essential: 

• Multi discipline designer/drafter with experience of mechanical, structural and piping
• Practical knowledge in construction/fabrication
