CI Lead / Project Director - Engineering and Construction Company / Singapore

As Project Director for this engineering and construction company your role will be to oversee and steward major projects from development to handover to operations. During the development phase of the project you will ensure your team assesses the project risks, such as geopolitical and technical, as well as supporting both the engineering and business development teams to ensure that the project will meet client requirements pending contract award.

Once the project has been awarded, the engineering team will carry out the execution of the design and construction phases and your role will be to oversee and ensure adherence to requirements. You’ll be based at the engineering site, managing both internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership to the project management team and ensuring the project is on-time and budget.

There are a number of projects in development phase and so the role will potentially be based in one of several locations within South East Asia and thus would require someone who can be mobile and is willing to be assigned elsewhere within South East Asia for up to 2 years during the execution phase.

You’ll need to have strong project management and leadership experience, and you’ll need to have onshore downstream project experience.
