Data Entry Assistant - Leading Oil & Gas Refining Company / USA

We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas Industry. Our client, a leading Oil & Gas Refining company, has an ongoing contract opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist to be based out of Delaware City, DE.

 

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for uploading data records into the Meridian system and Plant Condition Management System within two primary departments
• Ordering and coordinating lunch deliveries for meetings as needed
• Creating items in the PCMS system based on plant data
• Candidate will need to be trained on client’s data management system
• Other administrative duties as needed

 

Basic Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED required, further degrees preferred but not required
• 3-5 years minimum experience working with data entry and administrative duties
• Experience working in a Petrochemical/heavy industry/plant setting strongly preferred
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) strongly preferred
• Outgoing personality, must be able to interface with multiple departments and different levels of an organization
• Must be able to lift 25lbs if needed

 

Scheduling:

• M-F full time 7am-4pm
• Part-time options available
• Overtime on an as needed pre-approved basis only
• No weekend work required
