The Role:
Job Purpose: (why job exists / what it must achieve)
? To lead division operations in various aspects of 4Ps, including Product, Pricing, Promotion, Trade Marketing and Supply chain operations
? Reporting directly to the HOD, the positions shall closely develop/monitor/expand the business in order to strengthen the product capability in the market

Key Objectives: (E.g. Impact within organization, expected output/key performance indicators, turnover, etc.)
? To provide overall support to the HOD in managing P&L, including Sales Deduction, Marketing Expense and to guard bottom line profitability
? Setup product line-up strategy and winning model selection for TV / AV business

Core Responsibilities: (describe the key deliverables to be achieved, impact on strategy/ policy /business / people relationships etc. by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role)

Position Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Pricing Management
- Product positioning and target market pricing strategy
- Monitoring price roadmap of the products
- Manages product mix, SKU line up, product fact sheet
- Provides information for website posting

Marketing Campaign Management (incl. Product launches)
- Develops local launching plan (LLP), sets target launch date and performs sample management
- Drives key campaigns across regions supporting trade/retail promotion calendars
- Setting up of a full product training program for partners' staff, brand field force and dealers
- Adheres to RHQ and HQ guidelines and acts as brand custodian

Operations, forecasting & reporting management
- Responsible for P&L management, including managing SD, Marketing expenses and profitability
- Accountable for SC operations and forecasting product demand
- Oversees the trend analysis, Market assessment and competitive landscape
- Preparing the subsidiary management/RHQ/HQ reports

Responsible for trade support investments and Sales deduction >10% of Turnover and to manage for Marketing Budget > 15M US$
Complexity: (degree of change & uncertainty; level of influencing required; degree of matrix working)
Requires exertion of high level of influence with Product Management, (Retail) Marketing, SC operations, Sales Team and adhere to RHQ/HQ guidelines to achieve subsidiary objectives

? Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing and handled >10MUS$ Marketing budget in past
? Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability for communication and training
? Demonstrates a high level of organization and quality with Multitasks efficiency & priority setting
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and study
? Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community
? Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients

Experience: (describe what experience this position will require the job holder to have obtained in past roles within or outside of ECFT that would demonstrate a level of proficiency in the stated role)
? Minimum 12 years of related experience
? Experience in Product Management, preferably in Consumer Electronics products and/or related industry
? Led Business or Marketing teams and experience working in cross-functional departments
