Description

• Maintenance engineering deliveries in accordance with the Company’s work processes and guidelines for maintenance engineering.

• Proactive work in maintenance engineering teams

• Work shop facilitator for consequence classification and failure management strategies

• Perform consequence classification, main/sub function

• Perform classification containment

• Perform asset failure modes and determine failure management strategy

• Spare part requirement for operational spare

• Implement failure maintenance strategies

• Handle and manage a portfolio of activities for maintenance engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree

• Experience from operations and maintenance or maintenance management

• Ability to understand complex organizations and working in a matrix

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and result orientated

• Collaborative and a team player

• Able to handle short deadlines when necessary

• Familiar with Failure modes & effects analyses (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

• Familiar with SAP, Access

• Language requirements English and Norwegian
