Training Supervisor / Chad

They are a medium sized oil operator, looking to add a training supervisor to their team in Chad. This is a 28/28 rotational position, with some travel to London required, as well working in Chad the rest of the time.

To be successful you will;

• Be fluent in French and English - training will be delivered in both, as well as the expectation to translate training documents from one to another.
• Have experience training staff in the oil industry
• Be competent throughout the training process; achieving approvals, delivering training, assessing staff and improving the training plan.
• Have experience delivering training in both a formal classroom environment and on the job.
