Logistics Coordinator / Canada

Our client is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a long term contract in Cold Lake.

Job Details:

The Supply Chain (SC) organization provides end-to-end materials management services to clients:requisitioning, logistics coordination, receiving, storage, kitting/staging, and deliveries for maintenance jobs and repairs/returns.

• Act as primary interface between business line (B/L) maintenance planner and Supply Chain
  • Track goods receipt status of materials
  • Support B/L planner once WO is ready for execution
  • Understand B/L schedules for kitting
• Act as primary interface between vendors and Supply Chain
  • Track open purchase orders  
  • Contact vendor to identify and resolve issues. Work with Supply Chain and B/L teams to progress and resolve issues if needed
• Interface with vendor & arrange transportation and logistics
  • Accountable for timely material delivery
  • Support P2P recycle process with Material Analyst
  • Plan and optimize break-in logistics in the general interest
• Support kitting services
  • Provide work schedule to kitting coordinator
  • Coordinate materials added or deleted from WO
  • Expedite POs required for kitting
• Other responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact at site for materials questions
  • Coordinate materials needed for break in work orders
  • Coordinate critical inventory reviews and annual materials reviews with B/L for completion
  • Support quarantined materials process and resolve issues timely
