Telemetry manager / Poland

Target maintenance plans and interfacing with manufacturer on system issues and support, in order to achieve functional TLM system across all countries in the Region East. Above this, complex knowledge of all TLM software (applications) with its all features is a must. This expertise should ensure available advisory and supportive approach to his/her direct reports and at the same time to be the first Region contact with TLM provider (Aiut), if top level of expertise is necessary.  The position will report to Technical Director - Region East.
ResponsibilitiesSupervision of telemetry system in Region East (countries of Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary & Romania) as follows:
 

1. Support TLM Leaders (dedicated for individual countries) in problem solving related to
   1. telemetry system in general
   2. individual telemetry software/application data entry management
   3. telemetry reporting analysis
   4. telemetry unit on-field installation and maintenance process
   5. check actual telemetry performance (KPI focused on system’s accuracy & reliability)

 

1. Co- operation with AIUT
   1. telemetry performance’s variance against designed level (if found)
   2. report any system’s malfunction and/or error regardless of application or its module
   3. report issues of higher critical nature appeared in global or isolated area
   4. central Regional unit/device management (specified in art. 4 – planning, ordering & shipment)

 

1. Budget & Reporting
   1. telemetry budget – planning & implementation
   2. cost management – spending controlling
   3. consolidated Regional telemetry reporting (financial & performance)

 

1. Device stock management (Purchasing & refurbishment)
   1. central Regional device planning by country’s needs including purchase and refurbishment
   2. central Regional purchase of AIUT’s on-field service (depends on country)

 

1. Training and support
   1. provide basic telemetry SW training & support for other department users
   2. organize training for local technician groups and TLM Leaders in cooperation with Aiut
   3. internal instructions, training materials, procedures and processes availability (if needed in local language)
   4. close cooperation with Sales & Logistics – share & analysis of telemetry data

Profile

• Proven experience in telemetry area, especially in data management & analysis
• Telemetry SW/applications knowledge (IMR, IMR S.C., DIMA, SIMA, SITA)
• Telemetry technology knowledge (gasmeter, alevel, OKO, set-up, etc.)
• Communication level of English written & spoken on daily frequency, incl. required technical aspects
