Contract Administrator (up to $120k AUD package) / Australia

The client is a regional fit-out contractor who are well established in Melbourne. They are looking for a Contract Administrator in Melbourne to join their successful team, working out of offices located close to the CBD. As a business they have several construction teams and will undertake fit-out projects exceeding $30mil in value, including complex refurbishment works.

The responsibility of the post holder will include:

- Reporting to a Project Manager and assisting with record keeping
- Dealing with sub-contractors, arranging the contracts and ensuring they are adhered to
- Tracking project costs

To be considered for the role of Contract Administrator you must:

- Have at least two years experience as a Contract Administrator
- Have experience of fast track fit-out projects valued up to $5mil at least
- Be a driven team worker
- Be skilled at managing costs related to construction projects
