Technical Product Support Manager - Derbyshire – up to £35,000 + additional benefits
 
A leading international Building Materials manufacturer is looking for a Technical Product Support Manager to provide technical support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities of the Technical Product Support Manager

• Be the point of contact for internal / external stakeholder issues – resolve accordingly
• Support product specification and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop quotations / estimations using appropriate tools
• Effectively mentor junior members of the team
• Efficiently manage your own time management

Essential

• Have sound technical knowledge of building materials – specifically concrete / bricks / blocks
• Have good commercial acumen and a personal hunger and drive
• Be confident in dealing with external stakeholders
• Ideally have a good level of education
• IT/PC literate
• Ability to use CAD would be beneficial
