Description:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. 2-4 years customer service related experience required.
- Support University Recruiting Coordinators in the hiring process
- Co-coordinate and manage high- volume, onsite interview travel logistics under tight deadlines for all candidates. Partner with Travel Services to ensure the hotels, car service and flights are correct and mitigate issues as they arise. Validate all receipts and submit travel expense reimbursements for payment processing.
- Assist with candidate notification process: send email notifications to candidates on a regular basis to advise them of their status, maintain spreadsheet to track notifications sent
- Assist recruiting teams with candidate tracking and notifications in applicant tracking system
- Assist with coordination of university and conference events
