| We are seeking for an General Manager for their Renewable project based in Jeddah.
Responsibilities :
Manage all the Renewable projects of KSA as a business leader, provide operational and technical advice and guidance to all Renewable projects, while overseeing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and reliable performance of the operating plants. Ensure that safest and optimized services are delivered at the most possible quality in accordance while still fulfilling all contractual and commercial obligations as per the O&M agreements by the respective plants to maximize the shareholders earnings. |
Strategy & Plans
§ Contribute to the KSA renewable energy operation strategy to ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned with overall organizational objectives.
§ Regularly report to the line manager on the operational activities of department, challenges and issues faced, mitigation taken, etc. as required, to keep them informed and updated on the department’s activities.
§ Active participation in business development activities including planning and execution
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree holder in Engineering
Minimum Experience:
§ 8 - 10 years preferably in Power Plants.
§ Experience in Renewable Energy Plants will be an added advantage.
Skills:
§ Extensive leadership experience
§ Extensive experience and know-how of techno-commercial aspects
§ Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System Principles.
§ Experience of performance monitoring
§ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
§ Technical expertise in a given area
§ Thorough understanding of the business value chain
§ Experience of working with Power Purchase Agreements
§ Strong O&M experience
