Drilling Superintendent / France

We are looking for a Drilling Superintendent to work for one of the worldwide leaders operators.

As a DCSI you will be assigned in an Affiliate office and will work in a team framework context where you will be the leader of operations coordinating the work of different specialists

·Be the person in charge of managing the Drilling/Completion/Work-Over Unit operations.
·Be assigned to one or several rigs and be the only entry point to give operational instructions related to these rigs. Ensuring that wells are delivered and maintained safely, in optimized time & cost, with targeted productivity.
·Have the leadership to improve the performance of the operations.
·Contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures.
·Contribute to train and develop the Junior Staff.
·Potentially be assigned on the rig to take Senior Supervisor position for complex operations
We are looking for a Bachelor of Science plus specific formation acquired in school or through recognized experience.
15 years experience minimum including 5 as Drilling and Completion Superintendent position in Deepwater or HP/HT operations.
Valid IWCF well control certificate and Bosiet training.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and knowledge of French will be an advantage. We are looking for a candidate with right to remain and live in the EU.
