Description

• AP Invoice process (registration, approval, follow up non-approval, post)
• Vendor Payments/remittance
• AR Invoice process- create and issue invoices on all projects and follow up overdue payments
• VAT/Tax/Payroll Tax payment and reconciliation
• Posting of Payroll and expense report (Payroll performed by Payroll center)
• Assets- depreciations
• Month end close in ERP system (MS Naviation)
• Upload of TB to HFM (consolidation system)
• Monthly update of Finance Rapport
• Cash reporting – monthly update in HFM
• SOX reporting (internal control)- quarterly
• Rollbend AS accounts– (company owned together with IP Huse)
• Primary contact for Stat Audit with KPMG
•  Budget

Prosjekt Tasks;

• Update of local project sheet- actuals current month and approved VOs
• Participate in local and regional project reviews
