Data Analyst / Azerbaijan

To work as part of a team, leading the configuration, deployment, continued maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency of eBentley Central Information Store, in support of the delivery of a portfolio of Projects.

To provide support developing and maintaining the documentation. Specifications, procedures, templates, dashboards required to deliver project information on the portfolio of projects in accordance with the Project Information Management Procedure considering the local context and stakeholder requirements.

To support the PIM Lead, Azerbaijan

To support the PIM Leads in training contractors providing information management services and that are expected to follow the information transfer procedure.

To highlight issues with contractor performance associated to the information transfer procedure to the PIM Leads and to help overcome & resolve issues that the contractors providing information management services maybe experiencing.

To define and implement a concession process

To define and implement a PIM management of change process to ensure small changes to specification such as new codes, validation rules are captured, assessed and approved before implementation and update of documentation.

To maintain the CIS and ensure maximum value and operational efficiency to the projects being supported by the CIS.

Manage user accounts ensuring that accounts are created and closed promptly.

Provide CIS user, management of change and concession training to the team

To work closely with IT&S to ensure that eBentley meets the IT&S digital security standards.

Excellent data analysis skills using Excel, Access, SQL and PowerBi

Previous experience at defining and communicating processes to manage data flow and quality from third parties.

Excellent performance management skills and previous experience that ensures data is flowing in a compliant manner from third parties.

Experience in managing engineering data, documents and models including geospatial data on oil and gas projects would be advantageous

Leadership skills with an emphasis on being able to communicate, influence and negotiate with technical and non-technical personnel to deliver a functional agenda.
