The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is urgently seeking an experienced Rail Project Scheduler for a Conventional Rail project in Philippines.

Opportunity:

My client is an International consultancy firm who have successfully carried out numerous projects in the region. They are working as part of a major joint venture for the construction of a major Commuter Rail programme.

Responsibilities on the project:

As senior planner you will be responsible for the schedule of a large rail system including M&E, Track works, Rolling Stock, Signaling, Electrification, Civil Works and Depot Equipment.

You will analyse the updated program every month and highlighting the slipping areas for respective disciplines.

Develop further if necessary and manage the Planning and Scheduling Procedure that satisfies the Client requirements using Primavera Software.

Manage the timely and accurate production of data for Project Reports.

Establish an agreed set of Programme Milestones and monitor and manage their status during the course of the works.

You will follow up of detailed plans on a weekly basis and provide updates to the Project Management team.

Key requirements for the role:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

10+ years of project scheduling experience on major construction projects including at least 1 rail project.

Proficient with Primavera P3/P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of industry standard methods and tools regarding Project Management.

Competence in the Project Management practices and techniques.

Communication and presentation skills are crucial

English

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer shall be flexible depending on experience but would expected to be $10,000 to $13,000 net.
