Business Leader High Voltage / Netherlands

We are working with a leading Energy Consultancy business in the Netherlands who are looking for an Business Leader to join their small but diverse team.

This is a highly varied role that will see see you complete functional designs of HVAC/HVDC components, lead business development, carry out failure investigations, prepare tender documentation, develop the business' annual strategy, coach junior consultants and help develop their careers

We are looking for someone;

- Who has experience working with Transmission and Distribution equipment
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to write and speak in either English or Dutch
- Willingness to travel
- An ability to think outside the box
- Customer focused attitude
