My client is a leading railway engineering consultancy company looking to recruit experienced Systems Assurance & RAMS Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. This is a great opportunity to join a well respected rail systems consultancy and work on major railway programmes throughout Australia.

This role is a senior position and involves being an expert in the Systems field as well as leading a team of safety and RAMS Engineers on a major rail project in Sydney. They are offering good salaries based on level of experience and expectations.

Ideal candidates will be Degree qualified and have over 20 years experience of railway systems assurance including
Safety Case management.
Verification and Validation activities.
RAM Analysis & FMECA.
Check and manage compliance and safety targets
Provision of respective safety and security documents for respective project phases.
Candidates should have detailed knowledge of CENELEC & Australian railway standards.

Requirements to apply

Degree Educated: Preferably Engineering, Science or Mathematics related.
20+ years professional experience.
Team management experience on at least 1 major turn-key railway project
Technical knowledge of rail subsystems including signalling, telecoms, rolling stock, power supply ect.
Reading and understanding of technical requirements.
Fluent in English language.
Knowledge of CENELEC standards
