Proposal Manager
Location: Kraków, Poland
Mission and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
? Performing a function of Proposal Manager for an assigned proposal,
? Leading and managing proposal teams working on medium / large proposals internal and with external
partners,
? Acting as a point of contact for sales and the clients (internal / external) and defining the proposal strategy in
cooperation with the involved disciplines,
? Supervising and actively supporting the preparation of proposal/contract documents such as technical &
commercial scope, etc.,
? Coordinating the deliverables from involved disciplines like technology, engineering, legal, taxation,
commercial, project management, etc.,
? Planning and safeguarding the proposal phases and defining the required resources (Proposal Schedule,
Org. chart),
? Ensuring a qualified and on time reporting,
? Supervising the cost estimate and related review performed before Risk Board,
? Being responsible for the quality of the proposal and on time delivery to our clients,
? Performing / supporting preparation for various internal approvals of a proposal,
? Supporting actively the proposal database,
? Performing loss order analysis,
? Managing changes against the Frozen Solution,
? Handing over the tasks to execution.
Reporting line & location:
? Proposal Manager reports directly to Proposal & Project Management Team Manager.
? This role is located in Krakow, Poland.
Competencies and Profile:
? Master degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process. Additional qualification for business management will be
an advantage,
? 5 to 10 years experience in the EPC business related to projects in the fields of Oil and
? Gas, Petrochemicals & Chemicals,
? excellent leadership skills,
? communication skills, result oriented, synthetic mindset,
? highly motivated and being able to work in a matrix environment,
? being able to work independently in a structured and target oriented manner,
? languages: fluent English, Polish would be an advantage,
? mobility and willingness to travel world-wide.
